Frequently Asked Questions

You can contact us via email at info@Airnode.nl or submit a support ticket through our customer portal. Additionally, we have an active Discord community where you can ask questions and get support from our team and other users.

We aim to respond to all tickets and emails within 24 hours during business hours. We also offer evening customer service, but it's not mandatory. Our Discord community can provide quick answers from fellow users and our support team.

For emergencies, you can mark your support ticket as 'urgent'. Our team monitors these tickets and will respond as quickly as possible. Please note that evening support is available but not guaranteed.

You can view and download your invoices by logging into your account on our website. Go to the 'My Account' section and click on 'Invoices'.
